System Training, which is a comprehensive training to develop the brain potentials
and enhance the brain functions. Our goal is to empower people to be their best

Brain Health Programs all include the following aspects: |

(1) Yoga and Tai Chi Classes
For the health and well-being of your brain, it is important to create more flexibility
and strength in your body. These practices consist of simple, but effective, exercises
that help you achieve energetic balance and improve the body and brain connection
without strain. With gentleness and grace you learn to live more vitally.
The deep stretching and breathing of Yoga develops confidence
and stamina. The slow flowing moves of Tai Chi foster the mature mental states
of patience, balance and tolerance. |

(2) 3 Hour Special Workshop:
Healthy and Graceful Aging
This workshop provides the tools to keep your body and brain young and active.
Through the physical and cognitive exercises we provide, you can feel the vitality
of youth, no matter what your calendar age may be. In this 3-hour workshop you
will discover a new you as you learn new ways to keep you mind and body active. |

(3) 3 Day Special Workshop: Brain
Health for Vitality and Longevity
We also offer an intensive 3-day brain health workshop. This option will feature
behavioral and cognitive exercises for more comprehensive lifestyle change. Dietary
guidance and therapeutic exercises will also be key components of this workshop. |

The Fallsview BEST Resort and Spa is proud
to offer a unique set of programs for companies, organizations and groups. These
programs are based on a system of experience-oriented group training, U-DAP, that
has been successfully implemented in Korea since 1985, benefiting nearly 400,000
employees from 750 different companies, organizations and government agencies.
Designed to empower individuals, improve a group's teamwork, relationships, productivity
and performance, these programs will have positive and lasting effects.
There are three main areas of focus; Self-management, Teambuilding,
and Leadership. All of the programs develop (competence) through behavioral-cognitive
learning, taking into account several different learning styles and integrating
the body and brain together. Participants will learn to find solutions to persistent
challenges and recognize these solutions on an intellectual level and a behavioral
level. This is what will make a fundamental and lasting difference.
Each of the programs can be easily restructured and fit
into another program, or otherwise adapted to suit the needs and requirements
of the participants. The programs include group cognitive and minimal physical
exercise components, and range in length from a 3 Hour experiential Class to a
3-Day Workshop. |

| Meridian stretching exercises are designed
to open the meridian channels, improve flexibility and increase the energy circulation
that makes natural healing possible. These movements also improve body balance

| Jung Choong breathing and relaxation techniques
is a new training method. Jung is a Korean word that refers to energy and the
body, while Choong refers to fulfillment. Learn how to relax and release stagnant
energy, while simultaneously filling the body with fresh, new "ki,"
or, "life force" energy, simply by curling up your tailbone! |

Qigong (DahnMuDo) |
| Qigong (DahnMuDo) is an energy-based,
non-combative, healing martial art. It is a mind-body training method combining
martial arts movements with the energy principles of Energy Yoga. In DahnMuDo,
you will learn to use internal energy, rather than the external energy of your
muscles. The ultimate goal of the training, as with QiGong, is to awaken and develop
our innate power in order to attain mastery over the body, mind and spirit. |
